By using the Bugxy Bug Identifier app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
The app is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to misuse the app or attempt to interfere with its normal operation.
The Bugxy Bug Identifier app offers an optional subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase to unlock full functionality. The basic app is free to use with the following limitations:
To remove these limits and unlock premium features, you can subscribe or purchase the lifetime license.
Purchases are processed securely through Apple’s App Store and managed via RevenueCat. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings.
All sales are final. You are responsible for managing your subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.
This agreement is between you and Bugxy only, not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Bugxy is solely responsible for the App and its content.
Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services for the App.
In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the App. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App.
Bugxy, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App or your possession/use of the App, including:
In the event of any third-party claim that the App infringes intellectual property rights, Bugxy, not Apple, will be solely responsible for investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge.
You represent and warrant that:
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and will have the right to enforce it against you.
You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the App.
The app and its content are the property of the developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the app without permission.
The app uses Google Gemini API to provide image scan functionality. You agree to abide by Google’s terms of service when using this feature.
The app is provided \"as is\" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be free of bugs or interruptions, or that it will meet your needs.
We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will update the \"Effective Date\" at the top of this page. Continued use of the app means you accept any changes.
