These Terms of Use govern your use of the Android Remote+ app. By using Android Remote+, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Use of the App

Android Remote+ is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its normal operation, or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways.

Your Use and Responsibility

You are responsible for the Android TV devices you choose to control with Android Remote+ and for ensuring you have proper authorization to control those devices on your local network.

In-App Purchases

Android Remote+ is available in both free and paid versions. The free version provides basic remote control functionality. The paid version unlocks additional features through in-app purchases.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase.
• Purchases are processed through Apple's in-app purchase system.
• Feature availability may change over time as the app evolves.
• Pricing may vary by region.

All purchases are subject to Apple's billing policies and terms.

Apple-Specific Terms

These terms are between you and Bugxy Apps, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.

Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the app. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no warranty obligation with respect to the app.

In the event of any failure of the app to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price for the app if applicable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the app.

Bugxy Apps, not Apple, is responsible for addressing claims by you or any third party relating to the app, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, and claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar laws.

In the event of any third-party claim that the app or your possession and use of the app infringes a third party's intellectual property rights, Bugxy Apps, not Apple, will be solely responsible for investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of such claim.

You represent and warrant that:

• You are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated as a terrorist-supporting country.
• You are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms of Use and may enforce them against you.

Intellectual Property

Android Remote+, including its design, branding, and software, is owned by Bugxy Apps and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer the app except as permitted by law.

Privacy

Your use of Android Remote+ is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app at any time. We may also update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised terms.

Disclaimer

Android Remote+ is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bugxy Apps will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use Android Remote+.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where local consumer law requires otherwise.
